The Talent Finder is a great tool for business owners, hiring managers, and even job recruiters. Don’t waste your time with a stack of resumes submitted by unqualified candidates. Let the Talent Finder help you find qualified resumes with ease.
The ability to search thousands of websites at once already means the Talent Finder is a wise investment, but guess what? That isn’t all you can do. Here are some other neat features we encourage you to take advantage of:
Searching: Use your search bar to find job canidates. Search with a keyword or keyword phrase, such as job title you are looking to fill.
You can also use the checkboxes to have resumes that are posted online as Word Documents or PDFs appear in your results.
Easy Viewing: It is easy to search for and view resumes posted online with the Talent Finder. After performing a search, a list of all resumes that meet your search standards is posted at the top of the program. Click on a headline to see the entire resume in the window below.

Forward Resumes: Are you a recruiter or hiring manager who must have all interview requests approved first? If so, forward all resumes you find via the Talent Finder to a client or boss. To do this, click the checkboxes next to the jobs you want to forward and select “Forward Checked Talent.”
The ability to forward resumes is available on the Talent Finder and the Talent Finder Pro.
Eliminate Resumes: The Talent Finder pulls up resumes that contain your search word or slight variations of it. While this does produce good results, you might find a job candidate with only one year of experience when you were looking three. In that case, you want to delete the resume from your search list since they aren’t the perfect fit.
To delete one resume, click the “Delete” link next to the resume in question.
To delete multiple resumes, click the checkboxes next to the resumes and then select “Delete All Checked.”
The ability to remove resumes from your list is available with the Talent Finder Free, the Talent Finder, and the Talent Finder Pro.
Attach Customize Notes: When doing a Talent Finder search, you might come across hundreds of good resumes. It can be hard to keep track of all job candidates, but the Talent Finder makes it easy. When viewing a full job listing, look to the right and you will see a button labeled “Notes.” Click this to type a message, such as when contact was made, when an interview is scheduled, and so forth.
The ability to attach customized notes to resumes is a feature found on the Talent Finder and the Talent Finder Pro.
Built-In Replies: When you find the resume of a good job candidate, you want to contact them. Since a resume typically contains an email address, this contact can be made through the Talent Finder. Find a resume you like? Look off to the right and you will see a “Reply” button. A pop-up will appear where you can type your message and click to send. Your last message automatically saves for next time, which is ideal when basically saying “I liked your resume; we would like to schedule an interview with you.”
