The real estate services section regularly has postings for home repair services that might include landscaping, roofing, plumbing, remodeling, and more.
It is also common to find information on Craigslist and other classified sites about foreclosures and loan modifications. These advertisements are made by people or companies who say they can help you avoid foreclosure or modify your current mortgage. These are legitimate things, but often times a scam. Please use your best judgment, deal with local companies, and do the research first.
