Property Finder Key Features
Search for properties all over the internet with the Property Finder. The Property Finder lets you search thousands of websites with one search! All buyers, renters, investors, realtors, and landlords can benefit from this great tool. The ability to search thousands of sites at once is great, but we aren’t done yet! There are even more timesaving features you can benefit from, such as:
Customizable Searches: Do a Property Finder search with nothing more than a zip code, radius, and category (can be specific or all for sale or all for rent). However, you can get more relevant results by customizing your searches. You can search with a keyword or phrase and price range. Also, choose from a specific seller type and select a bedroom count.
Customized searches are available with the Property Finder Free, the Property Finder, and the Property Finder Pro.
Easy Viewing: Unlike many property sites that make you switch back and forth between your property list and the actual listings, the Property Finder lets you see both at once! After doing a search, click a headline to see the entire property listing in the window below. This is what you will see:

Sort Your Results: You will get good results with a good search phrase, but what if you want those results to appear in a specific order? You can do so with the Property Finder. Just look at your list and click a heading at the top. Have your results appear in order by date posted online, location, title, bedroom count, condition, price, or original site the listing was pulled from. Please see the example below:

Remove Listings: Most property search sites give you a standard results list that cannot be edited. This means you need to keep looking at properties you don’t want, but not with the Property Finder. Easily remove properties that aren’t of interest to you.
To remove one property listing, click the “Delete” link next to the property in question.
To remove multiple property listings, click the checkboxes next to the properties and then select “Delete All Checked.”

Email Alerts: Nothing is worse than finding that perfect property and then learning that someone else acted faster than you. With that said, who has all day to be searching online? Let the Property Finder help; setup automatic searches with results by email. Be the first to learn about new properties that meet your search criteria.
1- Enter your search standards as normal.
2- Check the “Ad as Alert” box.
3- Hit the “Search” button.
4- Name your alert.
5- Click the “Alerts” tab on the left hand side of the page.
6- Click the checkbox to activate email alerts.
7- Key in your email address.
8- Click to “Apply” your alert by email.
New property listings by email are available solely on the Property Finder Pro.
Attach Customize Notes: Whether you are using the Property Finder to buy or rent or improve your real estate or rental business, keeping all information organized is a must. The Property Finder makes this quick and easy. Attach customized notes to listings, such as when a showing is scheduled or when contact was made. Find a listing you like and click the “Notes” button off to the right. This is what you will see:

Email Replies: Whether it be buying a property or scoring a new tenant for an apartment you rent, quick action is key. It is quick and easy with the Property Finder. Find a listing you like? Click on the “Reply” link found off to the right. This is what you will see after clicking:
