The Leads Finder lets you search all of Craigslist and thousands of other classified websites all with one search!
Are you the parent of a child who would like to play a musical instrument? Whether your child wants to join the school band or pay a musical instrument for fun, be ready to fork over some cash. Unfortunately, music isn't the cheapest hobby to get into. As a parent, you could easily spend hundreds of dollars or more outfitting your child with a musical instrument, such as a trumpet, trombone, or drums. Luckily, there is good news. You can save money in 5 easy steps.
1 – Use the Leads Finder
Most of this article is going to talk about finding cheap musical instruments for sale on Craigslist. As you know, Craigslist.org is a great classified website and you can find cheap musical instruments for sale. However, you should try searching with the Leads Finder. The Leads Finder lets you search all of Craigslist and thousands of other classified sites and online marketplaces. This means more buying choices for you and often better prices on musical instruments.
2 – Perform a Search
To search Craigslist.org, find your state and city. On the left side of the page, you will see a search box. Search with the instrument you are looking for, such as a drum set, flute, and so forth. You will then see a list of all qualifying for sale musical instruments in your area.
To search with the Leads Finder, load the Leads Finder. Click the link above if you have yet to start your free trial. Then, select “Items for Sale” for your category searched. As for your search phrase, it can be something general like “musical instrument” or the instrument of your choice. Finally, select your location and the radius you’d like searched.
3 – Read Musical Instrument Descriptions
If you search at the right time, you may find as many as 20 for sale musical instruments or more. Don't opt for the first drum set you see. Instead, read and compare all your choices. Ensure you are buying a musical instrument that works and does not need repairs, as repairs increase the cost. Your goal is to spend as little as possible.
4 – Make Contact
If you find a musical instrument, like a flute, that you like, contact the seller. Reread the listing to see if you should make contact by phone or email. It is your decision as to whether you want to agree to buy right away or arrange a quick inspection first. If you find a good price on a musical instrument, make contact quick. As mentioned above, music is an expensive hobby and you aren’t the only parent looking to outfit their children with cheap musical instruments.
5 – Trade Money for Musical Instrument
Once you agree to buy a musical instrument you found through the Leads Finder, you will setup a meeting with the seller. This can be at your home or theirs, although most buyers opt for a public place. Simply just exchange the money for your child's new musical instrument and you got a great deal!
