There are over 20 categories for you to search with the Property Finder. You can also search the entire for sale section too (this includes single family homes, multi-family homes, and more). Make your selection now.
Find For Sale By Owner Real Estate Step #3 – Choose Your Location
To select your location, first key in a zip code and then choose a radius to search. Property Finder Pro users can perform nationwide searches. However, if you want to live in one town and one town alone, search that area only. This prevents you from having to view thousands of property listings that are out of your “want to live” zone.
Find For Sale By Owner Real Estate Step #4 – Select a PriceRange
You have a budget right? Even if you were to have no financial limitations, who wants to pay more than they need to? No you! That is why setting a price range is recommended. It is a good idea to go with how much you would be willing to pay. For example, you would like to pay $150,000 for a 2-bedroom home, but you would be willing to pay $200,000.

This is the most important step of using the Property Finder to search for sale by owner real estate. Right next to the “Search” button, you will see the option to select a seller type.
