I like that you can enter a zip code and radius to find results in your area and that you can apply within the program.

Such a tough decision! I believe my favorite feature is the editable search results list, where you can remove jobs that aren’t what you wanted. I could really use the JobFinder Pro -- I have been unemployed for over a year and it has been very difficult to find a job in my area of expertise.
Thanks!

As a (currently unemployed) Corporate Recruiter, I searched resumes for Medical Directors in the pharmaceutical industry in the New Jersey area. I found 8 resumes! Thanks!

this would be a great thing. cant wait for the results. I used the demo, and found the range to be really great. I can narrow it down, but also let it capture freely. There is one thing i didnt like, that was the motion tech is on the emails you send. If im to use this for company use, i want my name on the email.

I like the upload resumes and cover letters because it is a necessity when hunting for a job.
