If you are shopping for a used car on a budget, you might not care too much about the make, model, or year. As you know, when you are on a budget, you are on a budget. So lets say that your budget is $4,000 for a used car. Don’t worry; it is easy to find a used car within your budget with the Car Finder. How so?

Step #1 – Select Your Category

For most of you, you are going to search the “Cars and Trucks” category. However, if you are looking for a boat or airplane, please make the appropriate selection now.

Step #2 – Enter in Your Zip Code

Step #3 – Select a Radius to Search

Since most car buyers on a budget want to stay local to limit expenses, you want to perform a local search. Make your search radius how far you want to drive to look at and pickup this used car.

Step #4 – Enter In a Price Range

This is the most important part of finding a used car within your budget. Your price range should be realistic though. For example, start with a minimum price of $500 or $1,000. The maximum price should be how much you are willing to pay or how much you can be (for example $4,000).

Step #5 – Start Your Search

After hitting the search button, your search will start. While your results will take a minute or two to compile, you can start reviewing your results immediately. As for those results, they will contain all used cars in the area that fall within your budget.

Please note that this approach shows you all cheap used cars within your budget. You can get more specific with a make or model, but you can also sort your cheap cars list by make or model too.
