In our last post, we discussed the benefits of choosing a good category to search with the Property Finder. What is another way to ensure you get the best results? By setting a good radius to search.
When you perform a property search, you must key in a zip code and then select a radius. Make this zip code the location of the town you want to rent an apartment or storage unit or buy a home. If you are interested in living in that town only, set a low radius to search (such as 5 miles).
This method produces the best results because it should eliminate most homes, apartments, or garage rentals that are out of your want-to-live or want-to-rent zone.
